Model: CSI Model 1850C Decantering Centrifuge

The Model 1850C solid bowl decantering centrifuge is a horizontal, continuous feed, cylindrical-conical scroll conveyor type specifically designed for drilling mud processes to continuously separate one solid and one liquid phase.

The equipment and its appurtenances are suitable for exposure to splash and spill conditions, and 100% humidity. The equipment and its appurtenances will be capable of receiving and conditioning the feed slurry specified herein, and discharging the dewatered solids and centrate, by gravity, onto distribution systems provided by the end-user. Each unit will be capable of operating continuously and will be suitable for continuous operation for up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Max bowl speed 3200 rpm; max G-force 2600G; max differential speed 60rpm

Oil cooler (oil-to-air heat exchanger with thermostatically controlled electric fan) included to protect hydraulic system

All wetted parts are stainless steel for corrosion resistance

One-piece pillow block main bearing design for improved reliability

Compound angle scroll is fitted with tungsten carbide tiles for wear resistance

Feed chamber fitted with replaceable wear resistant liner
